Can an order be changed or cancelled?

Shipping & Delivery
What does shipping cost?
Free shipping on every order (Standard 5–8 business days) and free 3–5 day shipping on U.S. orders of $70 and up. You'll always see the exact amount before you confirm at checkout.
How quickly will my order arrive?
We process orders within 1–3 business days. From there, delivery runs 1–8 business days (depending on the shipping option) within the United States and 5–8 business days for international destinations. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
How do I follow my shipment?
A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order ships. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking activity to appear.
Returns & Refunds
My item arrived damaged — now what?
Email Contact@PAYPLANES.Shop within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, no hassle.
What's the return window?
