All prices on our store are displayed in USD. Any applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated transparently and shown to you at checkout before you confirm payment — there are no surprises after the fact. When you place an order, you're confirming that you're authorised to use the payment method provided and that we may charge the full order amount to it.
We'll make it right if something goes wrong

If you believe a charge looks incorrect, the fastest path to a resolution is always to contact us directly at Contact@PAYPLANES.Shop before raising a dispute with your bank. Most issues are resolved far more quickly when we work on them together. Please be aware that opening a chargeback without contacting us first may slow things down rather than speed them up.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, in line with our Return Policy. Orders cancelled before they ship are refunded in full. If your order has already shipped by the time you cancel, our standard return process applies.
